Brew Skills Development Centre (BSDC) is a solely owned, privately funded institution headed by Juliana Brew Anaman. It was established on 25th August 2022 and has been registered and recognised by the Registrar General's Department.
BSDC is situated in Aboadze, in the Shama District, located closely to the Aboadze Thermal Plant in the Western Region.
The motive for opening this school is to train both men and women, regardless of their background, in vocational education — positioning them to bring themselves and their families to an appreciable standard of living. BSDC was birthed out of the owner's vast experience in professional teaching and the need to impact the younger generation.
Our vision is to aspire to become a nationally recognised institution, distinguished for providing cutting-edge Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) that sets the standard for excellence.
Our mission is to cultivate the development of skilled and competent vocational and technical workers. We aim to empower individuals for self-initiated ventures and facilitate their seamless integration into industries, both locally and internationally. We are committed to transforming technical and vocational education into an aspirational choice for the youth.

Head of Institution
A retired professional teacher with over 20 years' experience with the Ghana Education Service, Juliana Brew Anaman founded BSDC to bring her decades of teaching experience directly to vocational and technical training — giving young men and women in the Western Region a practical path to a livelihood.
Every programme at BSDC is led by instructors who practise what they teach — from certified hair technologists to electronics technicians — presenting both theoretical and practical approaches to every subject.
